Sunrise in Saguaro

Originally debuting in our 2021 'How the West Was Fun' Collection comes - Sunrise in Saguaro! There’s nothing like waking up in your RV on a lone road out in the Catalina Foothills near Mount Kimball, the early morning coolness still set on the desert land. You gear up and hit the trails near Picture Rocks soon before the sun gets higher and hotter in one of the best places around- Saguaro National Park. When I tell you that there is an entire area of government protected land for these beautiful unique cacti, I am not kidding. Coming in at up to 40 feet tall these iconic statues of the desert are not only my favorite plant in the kingdom, but also kicked off an adventurous day in the desert for the Manbeam and I exploring Saguaro NP and the Sonoran Desert Museum (and absolute MUST SEE for anyone out and about near Tucson!)

We took a warm fall breeze (it was 108 degrees the day we visited) and brought in sun weathered driftwoods, soothing musks, amber and bay rum, towering saguaro flowers and an ever so slight coconut/sandalwood concoction that makes this the perfect warm ode to a sizzling and immaculate place!
