Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We do our best to describe each item vividly and with great detail but scent is a very subjective experience. For this reason, we recommend thoroughly reading descriptions on each particular scent that you are inquiring about.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' tab and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Orders: Sometimes these things happen when carriers mishandle our packages. Please email us your unboxing experience with a couple of photos and send to firstname.lastname@example.org and then safely discard the broken merchandise.
We can issue a one-time replacement free of charge.
Missing Items: In rare instances we make these mistakes during fulfillment (we are so terribly sorry—we’re only human!) Please email us your unboxing experience with a couple of photos and send to email@example.com and we will promptly fix our mistake!
